Complete Building Rental:

$1,250.00 for the first day, $500 each additional, consecutive day.

• Includes 1 staff person for duration of event
• Includes all available tables and chairs
• Rentee must set up, clean up and break down event
• Hours must include the setup, clean up and break down time.
• If security is needed it will go through the Laurens police department
• Any hours before or past normal business hours the rentee must pay directly a recreation staff member to be present
• All events requesting the consumption of alcohol must be approved by police chief and the recreation director with a minimum to 3 weeks prior to event.
• DOES NOT INLCUDE GYM A OR OFFICE AREA

Hourly Building Rental:  $150 an hour minimum 4 hours

• Includes everything listed above

Multipurpose Room/Café/Patio:  $80 per hour minimum 2 hours

• Includes use of all available tables and chairs
• Times must include set up/clean up/break down  

CHILIDREN’S BIRTHDAY PARTIES WHICH NEED USE OF THE ½ GYM WILL BE $90 PER HOUR

SECURITY DEPOSITS:

$150 for multipurpose room, $300 for Complete Building rental

Sporting event rentals:

Club/travel team practices—full gym $40 per hour, ½ gym $25

Tournament site rental--$1,250 + security per hour (concessions will be operated by the LPRD)

City Park Baseball/Softball Fields

$200.00 per field per day

$20.00 per hour for lights

Concessions will only be provided by the City of Laurens at the fields. No outside vending of food and drinks allowed.

Rental Rules

NO Refunds including rain, we will reschedule your event at your convenience on an open date.

NO Smoking

NO Alcohol

Vehicles must be parked in parking area

Please pick up all your litter, do not leave party banners behind

NO Pets allowed in the Park.

No Guarantees on power available at site or staff being on site

Each function is allowed 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after to prepare and clean up.  Any group going over allotted time will be charged a fee of $20.  Remember there is another group coming in after you are done.  Also remember our park is under video surveillance, we will know if any rules are broken.
